Pillar / Cluster Content Model
Quick definition
A content architecture: one comprehensive pillar page on a broad topic, linked to many narrow cluster posts on subtopics.
What it actually means
The pillar/cluster model improves topical authority signals. Example: a pillar page "Complete Klaviyo Setup Guide" links to cluster posts on welcome flows, abandoned cart flows, segmentation, deliverability, etc. Each cluster post links back to the pillar. This internal linking structure tells Google (and AI tools) that the pillar page is the authoritative hub on the topic, lifting its rank for high-intent queries. Implemented properly, pillar/cluster delivers 2-4x more organic traffic than scattered post publishing.
