Privacy policy

GOSH Digital is an eCommerce growth agency headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operating goshdigital.co. We work with clients globally. For anything in this policy, the person responsible is Mark Cijo, reachable at mark@goshdigital.co.

When you fill in a contact form, request a free audit, or book a call, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, company name, website URL, and the details of your request. If you book through Cal.com, we also receive the booking details you enter there.

Like most websites, we also collect standard usage data automatically: pages visited, referring page, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We use this to understand which content works and where our leads come from.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare the audit or proposal you asked for, and follow up about it. If you become a client, we use it to run your engagement. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.

For business enquiries we may look up publicly available information about your company (your website, domain records, public listings) to prepare for a call and to screen out spam submissions.

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance. Both set cookies and receive usage data under their own privacy policies. We also store a small preference in your browser for things like your light or dark theme choice. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the site keeps working without them.

We keep the list short: Vercel hosts this website, Supabase stores form submissions and our contact records, Resend delivers our transactional email, Cal.com handles call bookings, and Google and Meta process the analytics events described above. Each provider processes data on our instructions and under its own security commitments.

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as we have a business reason to, then delete them. You can ask us at any time to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email mark@goshdigital.co and we will action it within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK, or another region with data protection law, these rights are backed by that law and nothing here limits them.
