Kottayam

Junior Email Developer (HTML/CSS) | Freshers Welcome

Full-time · On-site

GOSH Digital is looking for freshers and early-career applicants based in Kerala, especially those in and around Kottayam, to join the email marketing team at the Kottayam office. Full-time, on-site. Hands-on training in Klaviyo to build, test and deliver emails for ecommerce brands. Prior Klaviyo experience is not required.

What you'll do

Build and edit email templates using HTML and CSS
Learn to set up email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo
Check layouts, links, images and content before emails go out
Test emails on desktop and mobile and help fix display issues
Work with copy, design and marketing teammates to bring campaigns together
Learn the basics of segmentation, testing and campaign reporting

What we're looking for

Working knowledge of basic HTML and CSS
Good written English and clear communication
Careful attention to detail
Willingness to learn, practise and apply feedback
Reliability and the ability to follow through on tasks

Good to have, not required

Figma, Canva, Shopify or GitHub
An interest in design, ecommerce or digital marketing
A webpage or HTML/CSS project to show

Freshers and self-taught learners are welcome. College assignments, practice projects and personal projects count.

Kottayam

Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher)

Full-time · On-site

A fresher digital marketing role, full-time and in-office in Kottayam. We are looking for curious, quick-learning freshers who are serious about digital marketing. No prior experience is needed, and training is provided. Drive to learn, attention to detail, and clear English are required.

Responsibilities

Help plan and set up email/SMS ecommerce campaigns
Support Meta and Google Ads by building campaigns, reporting, and preparing creative briefs
Research brands, competitors, and customer trends
Write and proofread email, ad, and social copy
Use AI for research, writing, and reporting
Perform QA before client delivery
Collaborate with design, content, and campaign teams

Requirements

Graduate in any subject; marketing, business, or communication is a plus, not mandatory
Strong written and spoken English
Fast, independent learner
Comfortable with computers, Google Sheets, and online tools
Interest in ecommerce, social media, ads, and AI
Reliable, organized, and owns their work
Available full-time, in office in Kottayam

Optional

Kottayam

Copywriter (Associate)

Full-time · On-site

A full-time, on-site Copywriter (Associate) role at GOSH Digital in Kottayam. You will write conversion-focused copy and adapt your voice for brands ranging from playful to premium.

What you will do

Write ecommerce email and SMS campaigns, automated flows and subject lines
Develop hooks, headlines and test variations for Meta and Google ads
Create landing-page copy, product descriptions and website copy
Write short video scripts, UGC-style scripts and social posts
Adapt to distinct brand voices while keeping writing natural and on-brand
Work with designers, strategists and media buyers
Revise copy using campaign results and team or client feedback

What we are looking for

1-3 years of agency, brand or freelance copywriting experience
Excellent written English, with a natural tone and clean grammar
Confidence writing for American and British readers
A portfolio with 3-5 strong pieces, ideally marketing or sales copy
Ability to take feedback, work quickly and accurately, meet deadlines and keep sales outcomes in mind

Nice to have

Ecommerce, D2C or email marketing experience
Direct-response, persuasion or storytelling skills
Responsible use of AI for research and early drafting
